Q: What’s you should do after you finish the mechanical installation?
A:
It has been adjusted when leaving the factory. If no fault is reported on the site, only fine adjustment is required, and generally no self-learning
For example, the switch is in place and the escalator is in place.
After the site installation, first remove the garbage on the escalator and guide rails, and then perform operation debugging to see if there are abnormal noises, and observe the operation of the handrails, steps, etc.
Before the escalator is officially opened, the step chain needs to be manually added with lubricating oil, and it can be put into use.
Q: What is the first step you should do after receive the escalator ?
A:
The hoisting tool depends on the site conditions. Generally, a crane is used. Under limited conditions, a manual hoist can be used as a support frame.
